  The online comprehensive performance test equipment of a brushless DC motor of a balance car customized by a German-funded motor manufacturer is shown in the following figure. It is a set of production lines for testing safety, no-load and load blocking. Brushless DC motors have the characteristics of simple structure, large output torque, and wide speed range. They are widely used in aerospace, military, agricultural machinery, and intelligent electrical appliances. During the development, production and operation of the brushless DC motor, its main performance parameters need to be tested to verify whether the motor meets the design standards or can continue to operate. The development of power electronics technology and modern test methods provides the possibility to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the test system. Carrying out the research of brushless DC motor performance testing technology is of great significance for improving the performance of the motor and ensuring the safety and reliability of the motor operation.

  3. Load test: test the torque, speed, voltage, current, power of the motor under different loads, and judge whether it is qualified

  4. Blocking test: test the current of the motor in the locked state and the temperature under the specified locked time

  6. Database connection function: test the data of each motor can be uploaded to the server according to the specified format

  7. Wide test range: withstand voltage test range 0-1500V, insulation resistance test range 5KΩ-100MΩ, resistance measurement range 0.1mΩ-100Ω, temperature range: -25-300°
