  1. Special personnel should be assigned for installation and use. The user must fully understand the method of using the dynamometer.

  2. A comprehensive inspection is required after the dynamometer arrives at the factory. If the use date is longer than the factory date, the moving part must be inspected and maintained.

  3. When connecting the power machine and the hydraulic dynamometer, no collision can occur.

  4. During the test, if strong vibration occurs, the test should be stopped immediately, the cause should be checked, and the fault should be eliminated to ensure the smooth operation of the dynamometer.

  5. When the temperature is lower than +5℃, the water supply system should do anti-freezing work.

  6. Each lubrication point is lubricated according to the specified time and specified lubricant.

  7. After the test is completed, the drain valve should be opened to drain the water inside the dynamometer, and wipe the water accumulated on the surface and the base with a rag to reduce corrosion.

  8. Regularly check and adjust the gap between the magnetoelectric speed sensor and the speed measuring gear to be σ=0.5~1.0mm to prevent loosening and damage to the speed measuring head.

  9. After using the dynamometer for half a year or discovering that the accuracy of the static calibration does not meet the requirements, static calibration shall be performed again.

  10. When disassembling and overhauling the dynamometer, the user must pay attention that the parts on the left and right ends of the dynamometer cannot be mixed, because there are adjustment shims on the left and right ends, and the adjustment shims are pressed axially through the coupling If the spindle bearing is fixed axially, it must be repaired by the manufacturer if necessary.

  11. When adjusting and installing, it must be aligned with the marking line of the end of the main shaft. No adjustment is allowed on the left and right. The coupling is fixed by a special hydraulic assembly and disassembly tool to expand the coupling radially and press it axially. The method is carried out, and the press-in amount of the coupling of various dynamometers is also different, so users who do not have certain conditions cannot easily assemble and disassemble.   12. After the dynamometer is repaired, even after the original parts are disassembled and reassembled, the static correction must be performed again. Each dynamometer has been factory-balanced and electromechanically coordinated. Therefore, it is not suitable to exchange dynamometer parts of the same model.
