  The HDC-1010 controller is a controller designed to be used with any tension hysteresis dynamometer. The device provides torque open and closed loop control through a built-in adjustable current power supply. Based on high-quality vacuum fluorescent readings, HDC-1010 displays the torque, speed and mechanical power of the motor under test. It can also display auxiliary sensor readings instead of mechanical power through ±5VDC analog input. The RS-232 interface can be connected to a computer for internal storage or output of these displayed values. HDC-1010 can realize the function of judging the pass/fail of the motor test through the upper computer programming. This function is ideal for rapid detection of pass/fail (execution/non-execution) in production and incoming inspection.


ㅤㅤWhen the HDC-1010 runs the pass/fail mode, one of the three readings will be used as the test parameter: torque, speed, or auxiliary sensor. The other two parameters are not used within the acceptable range of the user-defined upper and lower limits. When the motor is loaded with test parameter values ​​(for example, speed), the other two parameters (torque and sensor in this case) are measured. The test result will be displayed as "PASS" or "FAIL", or the screen can switch to display the actual value.
