Four online test systems of Dongguan Lihui Motor successfully delivered

  On Friday, April 27, 2018, the four online test systems of Dongguan Lihui Motor Co., Ltd., through the intensive research and hard work of the company's technical staff, finally successfully completed the delivery work.

  Note: According to the provisions of the confidentiality agreement, the company's internal pictures are not allowed to spread!

  Four sets of test systems include blocked rotor temperature and power-off time test, cogging torque test, gearbox performance test and motor test system. Considering the fast production rhythm of the customers, the four test systems fully adopt the rapid clamping design, incorporating technical foolproofness, proper stopping, logical judgment, chain interaction and other means to minimize the operation error rate and error rate.

  In the locked-rotor temperature protection and power-off time test system, because the locked-rotor current is relatively large, the line voltage drop loss is large, and the voltage applied to the two ends of the motor is not guaranteed, the company has enabled a DC stabilized power supply with remote compensation function. The circuit and the feedback loop need to be turned on and off through a complex logic sequence to ensure the normal operation of the power supply. However, in order to test the accuracy of the data, we overthrew the original plan and directly upgraded and improved it.

  In the cogging torque test system, the conventional thinking is broken, and the stator of the motor to be tested is rotated, and then the rotor of the motor is directly tested, and the complex structure becomes extremely simple and convenient to operate in an instant.

  The two sets of test systems that are fully inspected at the factory are our company's best dynamometer technology. There are no difficulties and challenges. Therefore, we focus on the design of test fixtures that require fast and accurate concentric clamping. Abnormalities such as eccentricity and slipping occur.
